Episode #3: Be(er) Inclusivity

Inclusivity is a topic that the brewing industry has been working a lot with in the last few years, and that is the main topic for this week's podcast.

In this episode we have with us Christiaan Peijnenburg from Brouwerij de Molen, one of the best breweries in Europe. He talks about their special connection and work with Stichting Philadelphia, a care institution for people with mental disabilities. This collaboration has been a part of the brewery almost since day one and is an essential part of their company.
